Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Location: Mankato, MN
Meet Ursala!
Ursala was an amazing momma to her puppies and, even after weaning, still loves to gently play with them. Inside the home, she is calm, relaxed, and quiet—she doesn’t bark when people come in and has been wonderful meeting new visitors. She truly enjoys affection and soaks up all the pets and love she can get.
While Ursala is very comfortable indoors, she does show signs of stress outside. That said, she walks well on a leash and continues to make progress. She appears to have some scarring on her face, which may be from difficult experiences in her past. Because of this, she will need slow, thoughtful introductions to other dogs and continued support to build her confidence outdoors.
Ursala has not yet been introduced to a kennel, so it’s unclear how she will adjust to one. She has been accident-free in the house for the past two weeks and is well on her way to being fully potty trained.
With patience, love, and understanding, all the effort you put into Ursala will be richly rewarded—she is an absolute sweetheart and a truly loving companion. 🐶❤️
---------------
The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
