My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ginger
10 weeks old | 11 lbs | Female Lab Mix Sweet • Devoted

Ginger came up from Georgia and has quickly become a little velcro puppy. She loves being close to people and often acts as a tiny shadow, happiest when she knows she’s not alone. Outside adventures are easier with company, and she gains confidence when she has someone by her side or another dog to guide her.

Sleeps through the night in her crate
Recently discovered couches = elite nap spots
Loves toys and chew bones
Making progress with potty training

Ginger is looking for a loving home where she can feel safe, supported, and close to her people as she continues to grow into herself. If you want a loyal companion who wants to be near you, Ginger may be your girl

More about this rescue

Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 dog rescue organization and completely foster-based in the Western New York area. We pull dogs and puppies from high-kill rescues all over the country that are on lists to be euthanized. We place them in foster homes until they find their furever homes here in WNY. Every dog that is saved opens up room for another. So in essence two dogs lives are being saved!!
