My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Thriller
A 16-year-old gentleman whose name suggests excitement, but whose heart longs for something much sweeter: peace, comfort, and lots of love.Thriller has officially retired from the idea of a “thrilling” lifestyle. At his age, he’s perfected the art of relaxation and would much rather spend his days lounging in a sunny spot, enjoying gentle pets, and soaking up quiet companionship. He’s the kind of cat who brings calm into a room just by being there, with soft purrs and slow blinks that say, “You’re doing great—come sit with me.”
This handsome senior is all about affection on his own cozy terms. He loves being loved on and appreciates kind hands and warm hearts that understand the beauty of slowing down. Thriller doesn’t need toys flying through the air or endless excitement—he needs a soft bed, a peaceful home, and someone who will cherish every moment with him.
With the holidays approaching, Thriller is dreaming of a calm Christmas filled with warmth, gentle cuddles, and a forever family who will let him enjoy his golden years exactly as he deserves. A quiet home, a comfy blanket, and someone to adore him would be the greatest gift he could imagine.
If your heart has room for a senior cat who will reward you with pure love, gratitude, and companionship, Thriller is ready to settle in and make your home a little cozier.

If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.
