To apply to adopt a pet please visit our website at www.cbmrescue.org and fill out an adoption application.
From there you will be contacted via telephone and a phone interview will be conducted; we will then set up a meet and greet if the pet seems like a good fit for the family; the pet will then join the family for a happy ending!

- InterviewWe will contact you to setup a phone call/discussion.
- Meet the PetDuring our interview process we'll schedule a date for you to visit the rescue to meet the pet.
- Sign Adoption ContractOur adoption contact must be signed before adoption can be completed.
- Pay FeeOur adoption fees are $300 for adults and $450 for puppies. This must be collected before the adoption is complete.
- Take the Pet HomeWelcome your new family member!
