Hello, my name is Misty. I’m a gorgeous young adult kitty with long, mostly white fur that’s as soft as it looks. I have a gentle, quiet nature and tend to keep to myself at first, but please don’t let my little “mad face” fool you. I have a bit of resting grumpy face even when I’m not upset at all, and behind that serious expression is a very sweet soul.
Being in the shelter can be a little overwhelming, so I haven’t had the chance to fully show who I really am yet. I’m sure that once I’m in a calm home environment, my true personality will begin to shine.
I really enjoy being brushed, it helps me relax and feel safe. I also love very gentle pets and soft attention. And if you happen to have some yummy treats, that’s a great way to make friends with me and earn my trust. Treats definitely help me open up and feel more comfortable.
