Meet Meg, a gentle little holiday treasure with a heart full of warmth.
Sweet Meg was the firstborn of a festive litter of five, born early in the morning on 9-7-25 and raised in the same loving foster home by her sweet calico mama. As a tiny kitten, she was so irresistibly cute that she earned the playful nickname “Megatron,” and even after discovering she was a girl, the name happily stuck like a favorite holiday tradition. Meg is sweet, playful, and wonderfully content. She may be a bit shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, she turns into a full-on purr machine and a loving cuddle buddy and playmate. She’s perfectly happy with quiet, cozy moments, yet she’s also been well socialized with kids, dogs, vacuums, and the bustle of family life. Meg is ready to melt your heart and bring a peaceful, joyful glow to your home.
My litter includes: Cider, Cowboy, Gandy, Meg, and Will
All cats are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, and FeLV/FIV tested at the time of adoption.
An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats). A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption.
Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family.
Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals.
