What is Rehome?

Sage was rescued as an abandoned puppy found at a northern community in late November.
Estimated age at rescue was approx 8 weeks - we are guessing she is approx 12 weeks right now.
She has had initial vaccines + dewormer and second round of shots as well as kennel cough vaccine Dec 22 at Granada Vet Clinic in Sherwood Park and they have given her a clean bill of health.
We have done force free training and positive reinforcement with her.
She knows her name and comes to excited pats on our legs while calling her name but hasnt mastered come yet. She knows the following commands: sit, down, and touch.
She is crate trained and sleeps through the night from approx 8:30 pm to 6:00 am. She is trained to notify us for bathroom breaks by yelping and scratching at the door.
She is capable of settling outside of her crate and napping in a calm environment next to us.
We have a baby on the way and will not be able to provide the attention and effort sage needs in the future.
