This handsome 18-month-old hound mix is ready to find his forever home—and he’s bringing a whole lot of tail wags with him!

He’s grown up around many other dogs and has done wonderfully, and he’s also been great with children. Friendly, social, and full of joyful energy, this guy has a way of instantly brightening the room with his happy personality and constantly wagging tail.

Like most hounds, he loves to explore, follow his nose, and stay active, so he’d be a fantastic match for a family or individual who enjoys walks, playtime, and adventure. After some fun, he’s more than happy to relax and soak up affection.

Adopt Me! Bluegrass Pet Rescue is a tax exempt, 501(c)(3), No Kill Rescue focusing on the adoption of homeless pets. We are also host to "PAWS BEHIND BARS" which is a basic obedience prison training program based out of Luther Luckett Correctional Complex in Oldham County, KY.
