Meet this lovely girl named Kaia! Kaia came into the shelter on December 15, 2025 after being found as a stray. Sadly, she was never reclaimed and is now patiently waiting for her special “gotcha day.”
Kaia is a beautiful, sweet, and fun-loving gal who is ready to begin her next chapter with a loving person or family. She is 4 years and 9 months old, spayed, current on vaccinations, and excited to meet her future humans.
One of Kaia’s favorite things to do is play fetch—once she has a ball or toy, it’s hers until she decides to drop it, so be sure to let her enjoy the moment! She also absolutely loves body rubs and soaking up affection from her human friends. Her friendly personality and loving nature truly make her a wonderful companion.
Kaia would love a home with a fenced-in yard where she can run, play, and enjoy her days to the fullest. Maybe you’re the reason her stay at the shelter can be a short one. Stop by to visit Kaia and give her the wonderful life she deserves—a FOREVER home!

We are a non-profit orginization relying on donations. We do have a contract witht the county to provide shelter for strays brought in. We have limited space but try to get our animals back to thier families and if that can not be accomplished we work hard on finding them new homes.
We do what we do because we love animals. We are realistic in in efforts, understand the problem and work towards educating the public on what needs to be done to prevent over population.
