Chanel is a proper little lady, and she eats like one - slowly and thoroughly, clearing out her plate without getting distracted no matter what is going on around her. She can appear shy and timid at first, but she warms up REALLY fast and will quickly show you her belly and demand belly rubs. Despite being the smallest of three kittens, she is fierce and will tackle other kittens playfully and show them who`s boss. She likes to have a good hiding spot from which she can watch the world, but she won`t stay there for long. She loves pets and human affection, but she gets a little scared when you first pick her up. She`ll give you a little meow but will soon feel comfortable, especially once she`s in your arms or lap. She is really sweet and loves cardboard scratching toys and sleeping in boxes filled with cat toys. One of her favorite toys is a ball with a feather on top that rocks back and forth. She turned into a mini godzilla to play and pounce on it!

• In possession of a valid photo ID
• Allowed to have a pet where you live
• Must accurately complete our Adoption Questionnaire
• All dogs, cats and rabbits adopted from Maui Humane Society are spayed or neutered.
• Able to follow all county laws related to the animal.
• Able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide the training, medical treatment and proper care for the animal
