Wolfie is a sociable, energetic boy who loves people and enjoys meeting other dogs, though he can be intimidating at first and may need a confident introduction before he settles in. He’s eager to play and he has a playful streak with water hoses that never fails to bring a smile. He weighs 89 pounds and is approximately 3-4 years old.??Wolfie is still learning the leash. He is learning to come when called and sits nicely when prompted. He is a homebody at heart, but he still needs plenty of exercise to burn off his occasional bursts of energy. He also enjoys walks with his humans.??

Hi, I am the founder of Waiting Under the Willow Foundation, also known as W.U.W.F. We work hard at trying to find homes for dogs that are homeless or scheduled to be euthanized at Harris County Animal Shelter. There are so many dog out there that are so loving and deserving of a good home. My hopes is that more people will open their hearts and homes to some of these sweet dogs❤️. Rescue dogs make the best pets!!!
