ADORABLE FLUFFY DOG ALERT! Meet MORA, a darling little mixed breed fluffernutter looking for a home. Mora is a silly, playful girl, about 5 years old and fully grown at 17 lbs. We aren't sure about her breed mix, so we'll go with a generic "terrier mix". We hope her adopter will get a DNA test done! Mora is dog and cat friendly. She's very affectionate but she's also bouncy and playful, she's not ready for life as a lapdog. Mora loves everyone she meets.She will require regular grooming to keep her looking and feeling great, her adopter must be prepared for that expense. Her coat is looking a little rough right now. She just arrived and nobody was available to groom her the day before Christmas! Her coat will fluff up a bit more, it looks like she experienced some flea dermatitis/hair loss prior to making her way to us. The nasty fleas are gone and with good nutrition Mora is going to be stunning very soon! If you'd like to meet Mora, please fill out a dog adoption application at

Our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
