Howard — The Brave Little Explorer

Born: 10/5/25

If confidence had a tail, it would be wagging nonstop on Howard. This super-friendly wiggle butt is the first to investigate anything new — new rooms, new toys, new people… you name it, Howard’s in. He’s curious, bold, and endlessly joyful, with a tail that never seems to stop moving.

Howard is fantastic with children and thrives on attention, playtime, and affection. He loves all toys (no discrimination here) and is especially skilled at doing joyful zoomie laps around the house. When the day winds down, Howard shows off his impressive manners — he’s excellent in his crate overnight, sleeping peacefully through the entire night without a single peep.

If you’re looking for a happy-go-lucky pup who will confidently lead the fun and fill your home with laughter, Howard is ready to be your guy.

Better Together Dog Rescue supports dogs and the people who love them through adoption and community resources.

We parter with shelters around the country to transfer dogs in from overcrowded shelters.

We provide pet food and supplies to dog owners through our mobile pantry and work with local veterinarians for low cost vaccines, microchips and spay/neuter options.
