Her perfect family would be low-key, have a very comfy couch, and be ready to make up for all the cuddles and love she missed out on in her previous life when she was abandoned. Celeste has a few pending medical needs (she is heartworm positive and can't be spayed until her heartworms are gone), but these are both treatable and TRAPRS will cover ALL of these medical costs.
