My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet 4 month old, 7 lb Pug/Shih Tzu mix, Ziggy. Ziggy and his three siblings came to us from a home that had an accidental breeding of a black pug and a white and brown Shih Tzu. All are very friendly. Ziggy is an adorable looking, scruffy pup whose tongue sticks out. He loves to play with his brothers and toys. Apply to meet Ziggy at adoptocpets.org/adopt

More about this rescue

The Pet Adoption Center of Orange County is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that develops and provides creative solutions to find safe, loving, permanent homes for displaced pets in our community.

We offer adoption services, as well as placement and referral services, to successfully match pets with highly compatible people and families. Through public education, we encourage humane pet care and responsible, long-term pet ownership. We bring together people with pets, and individuals with their community, to create the social change needed to achieve our goal of reducing shelter euthanasia rates and eliminating pet overpopulation.
