Jordan and her sister (Jazzelle) came to Purr Partners as strays out of Franklin County. They came in weighing only a little over 2 pounds during one of the coldest times this fall, so we are thankful that they found us or we found them.
Jordana is a dream kitty. She loves to snuggle up with humans while they are reading a book or watching TV. She will quietly lay on you and then just fall asleep. She isn’t overly busy moving around because she just wants to be near you. She does enjoy playing with her sister and the older cats that are in the home. She especially likes to play with toys that she can carry in her mouth.
Jordana has met a dog and was not overly impressed. She has not had a lot of experience with young children, but has a pretty chill personality, so she should be fine. She has had all of her vaccines, so she is ready to go home to her forever family. Is that you?
To meet Jordana and other adoptable Purr Partners kitties at one of our weekend adoptathon events, 1) review our adoption policies at https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/policies/ and 2) then apply to become a pre-approved adopter at https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/cats/For more information or to apply to adopt, please go to: https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/

More about this rescue
Purr Partners Feline Rescue is a 501(c)(3), no-kill, foster-based, all-volunteer organization dedicated to saving the lives of cats and kittens in Central North Carolina — incorporated in 2009 by two friends, four cats, and no budget. These two women realized the need for a "cat only" rescue that worked with rural shelters — where cats routinely lose their lives. Purr Partners was founded to save the lives of those most in jeopardy with little hope of survival. High-kill rural shelters became the focus for Purr Partners, and that is still true today. From those humble beginnings, the rescue has grown to over a hundred active volunteers and a budget of approximately $175,000. At any given time there are between 100 and 150 cats and kittens in foster care. We have saved the lives of over 3500 cats and are still growing!
