My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Kugel!! 🐾

Kugel came in as a stray on 12/16/25 with his best pal, Bechamel, and we think he’s about 5 years old. He is super sweet, very friendly, and prefers to stay glued to your side like a furry little bodyguard. Personal space? He’s never heard of it.

We think Kugel is deaf, which means he’s an expert at ignoring all the nonsense and focusing on what really matters—YOU. He’ll need someone patient and kind who’s willing to help him learn and succeed, and in return he’ll give you unwavering loyalty and endless love.

Kugel is ready to find his forever home, so hurry in to meet this one-of-a-kind sweetheart!

Did you know... The Richland County Dog Warden's Office & Adoption Center is self-funded and does not receive any tax paying dollars.
