My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pepper is big. Like, really big. She also has a heart to match. She is huge, squishy, and full of love. She is goofy in the way only a 175-pound dog can be. Pepper has a thunderous bark that says fear me, but in reality she is pretty sure her own shadow is plotting against her.

Pepper lives for food and water, preferably at the same time, and she drools with enthusiasm and zero shame. Her favorite move is gently (and by gently; I mean with the full weight of her enormous head) placing it in your lap while demanding ear rubs.

Pepper has no idea how big she is, which means she may accidentally knock you over, step on your feet, or rearrange your furniture just by existing. At 175 pounds, Pepper isn’t a dog so much as a loving, slobbery, slightly dangerous lap pet.
