My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

At 17 months old, Clove is the perfect blend of Husky spirit and Malamute charm. She’s a silly, spirited young lady who is ready to find a co-pilot for all of life’s adventures.

Clove is a natural comedian. Whether she’s rolling around in the grass with pure joy or showing off her "aloof" side, she’s always entertaining. While she might act a little indifferent when she first meets you, don’t let that fool you—once you’re in her inner circle, her loyalty and humor shine through.

Favorite Activities
The Great Outdoors: Clove lives for walks, hikes, and exploring new scents. She is a dream in the car, making her the perfect companion for weekend road trips.

Playtime: She is a huge fan of toys and balls. If you throw it, she’s probably going to have a blast with it.

Spa Days: Surprisingly for her breed, Clove is an angel in the tub! She is good with baths and—believe it or not—actually enjoys being blow-dried.

Training & Social Life
Food is Life: Clove is highly food-motivated, which is a huge plus for training and bonding.

Dog Friendly: she gets along well with other dogs and enjoys the company of her own kind.

The Cat Mystery: Her history with cats is currently unknown, so a slow introduction would be best.

More about this rescue

We are a registered 501(c)(3) non- profit, charitable organization. Our mission is to rescue dogs from overcrowded and high kill shelters, and place them in loving homes. We also strive to educate the public on responsible pet ownership, and the importance of spay/neuter, so that one day there will no longer be adoptable dogs, euthanized by the thousands in our shelters. We are an all volunteer organization. 100% of donations go directly to the care of the dogs.
