Riggs Needs a Foster or Adopter by January 10, 2026 to Secure His Ride to Wisconsin
Riggs is currently in an Arkansas kill shelter and is scheduled for transport to Wisconsin on 1/10/26. To make that trip, Riggs must have a foster or adopter commitment in place. Without one, he will not be able to secure his spot on transport.
Meet Riggs
Riggs is a male German Shepherd mix (best guess), about 1 year old, and already neutered. He is a friendly, happy dog with an easygoing personality who enjoys being around people and other dogs.
Riggs does well with other dogs and would be a good fit for a home looking for a young dog with a positive, social temperament. At his age, he will benefit from continued structure, training, and regular activity to help him settle into a home environment.
Riggs is currently in an Arkansas kill shelter and needs a foster or adopter willing to commit so he can make the trip to Wisconsin on January 10, 2026.
