Snaggle is an active, playful little guy who lives for feather toys, balls, and anything that moves. He’s curious, confident, and always ready to explore, but don’t let his energy fool you. When playtime is over, he’s all about cuddles, attention, and soaking up love like a tiny sponge.
His favorite activities include:
• Chasing feather toys like it’s his full-time job
• Batting balls across the room with Olympic-level enthusiasm
• Using his scratching post like a responsible young gentleman

In 1987, an initial attempt was made to organize a local humane society in Caroline County. While this attempt did not succeed, those same dedicated volunteers were not deterred.
From our humble beginnings 30 years ago, to where we are today, we are proud to be called “the little shelter that could”.
We provide service to our community through pet adoption, Rabies Clinics, Trap-Neuter-Return, Pet Pantry, Pet Lost & Found, Re-homing, Intake Diversion, Cremation
