Shes still learning puppy pad training and getting better every day, but her enthusiasm for life makes even the learning process fun. Submit Application

Did you find your furry friend? Simply fill out an application on our website. www.fmas.info our adoption specialist will contact you.

2.
Approve Application

One of our adoption specialist will review your application and contact you shortly.

3.
Meet the Pet

Meet your future pet during a one on one meet and greet or a scheduled adoption event.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Once your pet has selected you, initiate the process to finalize the adoption. First step is to read the contract and sign it.

5.
Pay Fee

The adoption fee can be paid via credit card, apple pay, check or cash.

6.
Take the Pet Home

You will receive a folder with all your pets vaccine records and copy of contract. A picture will be taken, and you are all set!

Additional adoption info

Our goal is to help find the right home for our foster animals. A proper introduction to other pets is strongly encouraged and at times required before finalizing an adoption.
