If you have a little patience and a lot of love, Spruce will reward you with a purr that can be heard from across the room. He is a classic "sensitive guy" who takes a moment to assess new situations, but he melts the second you reach out to scratch his favorite spot behind his ears. Spruce is a peacemaker at heart and gets along beautifully with everyone, whether they have two legs or four. He is looking for a family who understands that he just needs a gentle introduction before he becomes your most devoted shadow and personal cuddle-buddy.
