💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_

1️⃣ Health Condition
* Not neutered yet.
* Microchipped.
* Is currently on medication for a fungal skin infection (ringworm) he had when rescued. The scabs are gone, and new fur is starting to grow back on the bridge of his nose.

2️⃣ Rescue Story
* Dalkom was staying at the Gimje City Shelter with #AdogsLemon and #AdogsSaekom. All three were suspected of having skin issues. Because they were exposed to the cold and the risk of infectious diseases in the poor shelter conditions, Adogs rescued them urgently.

3️⃣ Basic Information
❗ As he is still a young puppy, he may exhibit separation anxiety, mouthing/nipping, whining, disorderly behaviors, howling, or barking. Will require consistent patience and training.
❗ Since his parents are unknown, it is difficult to predict his adult size or shedding level.
* With People: Loves people! Enjoys being held and often falls asleep right on your lap. Is a total "lap dog."
* With Dogs: Gets along great with other puppy friends at our center. Relies on and plays happily with #AdogsSaekom and #AdogsLemon.
* With Cats: Has not met them yet.
* Separation Anxiety: Unknown as he currently lives in a group setting at our center. Training should start from day one in a home environment.
* Potty Training: Currently uses indoor pads with an 80% success rate.
* Hygiene: Stays calm during medicated baths and behaves well for nail trims when placed on his back.
* Walks: No walking experience yet as he is still completing his vaccinations.
* Car Sickness: Did not show any signs of motion sickness during the move to our center.
* No aggression toward people. However, as a puppy, he may mouth or nip while teething.
* Hasn't shown much barking or whining yet, but training may be needed once he adjusts to a home.
* Truly loves people and forms deep emotional connections easily.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.
"Adopting an abandoned dog will not change the world but this can change the dog's world"

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
