I adopted her as a puppy, and she has been deeply loved and well cared for. She is a 1.5-year-old mixed breed, spayed, and fully up to date on vaccinations and monthly heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.
She is affectionate, playful, and bonds closely with her person. She loves playing fetch (especially with sticks), chasing water from the hose, and following red dots. She would do best in a home with a fenced yard and an owner who enjoys engaging with their dog.
She lives with another dog and does well with dogs she knows. She was attacked by a dog earlier in life, so slow introductions are important. She has had mild resource guarding around human food in the past (not dog food), which has been manageable with structure.
Due to changes in my work schedule and living situation, I’m no longer able to provide the consistent environment she needs and deserves. I’m committed to finding her a stable, loving home. Vet records available and meet-and-greets welcome.
