Snoopy is just the sort of mutt we all need in our lives: an enthusiastic cheerleader who is always quick with a pep talk. If you enjoy talking to a doggo who responds with various flavors of bark, then Snoopy is the one for you – you’ll enjoy having full conversations with this brown and white dynamo. Snoopy is just really happy to be here (or there…or anywhere…), and he can’t contain all of that excitement within his small frame. He’s not sure where you’re going, but he definitely wants to go there, too! If you want someone who is ALWAYS going to make a fuss when they see you, Snoopy cannot wait to meet you!
Here's some notes from his foster:
He walks great on leash and gets along great with other dogs. He doesn’t bark or react to other dogs on walks and doesn’t seem to have a prey drive as he leaves the crows and pigeons alone. For a senior, he is very active and easily handles 1/2mile to 1 mile walks a few times a day. Stairs are no problem. Walks in the rain have not been a problem either, he’s a brave boy who gets his business done!
He's good with children, very gentle and patient and very accepting of their pets and scratches. No resource guarding of food or toys. He takes medications easily in a treat. He slept through the night at the foot of the bed, not wanting any beds or blankets offered.
When at home he loves cuddles and to be wherever his people are. He’s the perfect little spoon just looking for his forever big spoon. He will gently put his head next to your hand if he wants pets. This sweet boy will make someone very happy in the near future!
