Don’t let his name fool you—this friendly fellow is anything but spooky. Spook is a 4-year-old male domestic shorthair who came to us after his owner suddenly and tragically became terminally ill. Despite this huge change in his life, Spook hasn’t let it dampen his gentle, loving spirit one bit.
Spook loves people and attention more than anything. Seriously—if you sit down, there’s a very good chance he’ll crawl right into your lap and ask for pets. He’s a true companion cat who thrives on affection and being near his humans.
While he’ll occasionally play (both on his own and with other cats), Spook’s favorite pastime is lounging and soaking up love. He does well with other cats, kids, and dogs—as long as they respect his boundaries. He’s also fully litter-box trained and ready to settle into a new forever home.
If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate lap cat with a heart of gold, Spook might just be your perfect match.
