My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mango and Tango, a dynamic duo of Siamese mix brothers with just the right mix of curiosity and caution. These slightly older kittens may take a little time to warm up in a new home, but their playful personalities and close sibling bond make the wait worth it. Once they feel safe, they love pouncing on toys, chasing each other around, and discovering new favorite cozy spots.

Mango and Tango would thrive in a home that’s patient and understanding, ideally with older children or calm adults who can give them space to build confidence at their own pace. With gentle encouragement and a little time, these brothers are ready to become loyal, affectionate companions who stick together through thick and thin.

All kittens are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and flea prevention. The adoption fee for kittens is $75. New Leash cats are to be primarily indoor and may not be declawed.

More about this rescue

New Leash on Life is dedicated to improving the welfare of companion animals in our community through shelter, placement, spay/neuter, education and awareness.

Our goals include the following:

To educate the public about the importance of having their pets spayed or neutered, and to provide low or no cost surgeries for those in need.

To shelter and provide care for stray, abused, or relinquished animals.

To educate the general population about the seriousness of pet overpopulation.

To end euthanasia as a means of controlling pet overpopulation.

To find good homes for the animals in our care.

Our hope for the future is that there will be no unwanted, unloved or abandoned companion animal. We will continue with our aggressive spay/neuter campaign and our owner education programs in the hopes that any pet ever adopted will find a permanent, loving home. We believe that with the involvement of our community we will make a significant impact on the welfare of companion animals, but we need your help and understanding. Together, will make the difference.
