My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This flavorful bunch of kittens—Olive, Augustine, Atlas, Otis, and Olea—is ready to bring a little zest to a lucky home. These playful siblings have spent their early days learning and growing together in their foster home, forming bonds that make their adventures extra fun.

Olive is a brave little one who lost her eye, but it doesn’t slow her down a bit—she plays, explores, and loves just like any other kitten. Augustine and the rest of the crew share her curiosity and playful spirit, making every room a stage for romping, wrestling, and zoomies. They’ve shown that even shy or small moments can blossom into confidence with a little love and patience.

This group would thrive in homes that can offer gentle encouragement and plenty of playtime. They’re ready to sprinkle some fun, love, and a dash of personality into their forever families.

All kittens are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and flea prevention. The adoption fee for kittens is $75. New Leash cats are to be primarily indoor and may not be declawed.

More about this rescue

New Leash on Life is dedicated to improving the welfare of companion animals in our community through shelter, placement, spay/neuter, education and awareness.

Our goals include the following:

To educate the public about the importance of having their pets spayed or neutered, and to provide low or no cost surgeries for those in need.

To shelter and provide care for stray, abused, or relinquished animals.

To educate the general population about the seriousness of pet overpopulation.

To end euthanasia as a means of controlling pet overpopulation.

To find good homes for the animals in our care.

Our hope for the future is that there will be no unwanted, unloved or abandoned companion animal. We will continue with our aggressive spay/neuter campaign and our owner education programs in the hopes that any pet ever adopted will find a permanent, loving home. We believe that with the involvement of our community we will make a significant impact on the welfare of companion animals, but we need your help and understanding. Together, will make the difference.
