Handsome Beau is a Poodle mix with a bit of a sad story. He was found wandering as a stray, and when he was brought to us, we discovered that he was microchipped. We went to great lengths to contact the listed owner, but unfortunately, they never responded to our outreach. This means wonderful Beau is now officially looking for a loving, permanent family to call his own. Born on 7/26/24 according to his previously registered microchip, Beau is still a young pup with a lifetime of adventures ahead of him. His finder reported that he did well in a home with both a dog and a cat, but he was in another home overnight and he didn't much like their cats while he was there, so it seems Beau is picky with his feline-friends. A slow, careful introduction or a no-cat household would be best for little Beau. Beau is a gentle and friendly companion who will thrive in a home that offers him structure, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. Pets & Pals has been serving the community for over 20 years. We are a no-kill shelter. Our facility is extremely clean and well managed. The dogs are allowed to get out of their cages daily on a rotating basis to play in our outdoor areas complete with swimming pools!
