My name is Brutus!

Due to space limitations and Brutus’s high energy level, we are looking for the right new home.
Brutus is a one-year-old rescue, exact pedigree is unknown—though his beagle roots are undeniable (just wait until you hear his howl!). He is neutered, housebroken, crate trained, and fully up to date on vaccinations. Brutus absolutely loves people. He enjoys long walks, playing fetch, belly rubs, and truly believes he is a lap dog. He has a sweet, affectionate personality and is great with small children. Unfortunately, Brutus has too much energy for other pets in our home. He would thrive best as the only pet or in a home experienced with high-energy dogs. He needs plenty of attention, space to run, and mental stimulation. When bored, he can get a little creative—so continued training and enrichment are important. He is very trainable and eager to please. We are committed to finding Brutus a safe, loving home where he can truly thrive.
