1⃣ Health Condition
* Spayed.
* Microchipped, and currently undergoing treatment for heartworm and anaplasma.

2⃣ Rescue Story
* Haetban was rescued while Adogs was volunteering for winter preparations at the Gimje City Shelter. Seeing her shivering in the cold wind, we rescued her immediately out of concern for her safety and the risk of infectious diseases at the shelter.

3⃣ Basic Information
* With People: Is shy and currently prefers spending time on her own.
* With Dogs: Hasn't been officially introduced to a pack yet, but she shows curiosity toward other dogs.
* With Cats: Has not had any encounters with them yet.
* Separation Anxiety: Doesn't show specific symptoms, but since she is currently living in a group setting at our center, it’s hard to be certain. Training will be needed once she moves to a home environment.
* Potty Training: Difficult to assess in the cener environment, but she currently prefers to go potty outdoors. Training will be needed in a home setting.
* Hygiene: Has no prior experience with grooming or hygiene management yet.
* Walks: As she recently arrived at our center, she hasn't had any walking experience yet.
* Car Sickness: This will need to be checked in the future.
* Biting/Mouthing: Unknown due to the group living environment. Early training is recommended after adoption.
* Barking: Unknown due to the group living environment. Early training is recommended after adoption.
* Loves treats!
* Is still a bit afraid of people.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
