COOKIE is a sweetheart kitty who is very loving & chatty and loves to follow her human around to supervise all activities. We don't know why she was outside because she is soo nice and we can't imagine how anyone could have dumped her. She is a recent mommy cat and since she's now done weaning her kittens & her outside time was not kind to her, she is not really interested in making cat friends. She is estimated to be about 2 years old, easy to pick up and hold. Did we mention what a complete sweetheart she is? COOKIE is up to date on all vaccines, already spayed, microchipped, and litter box trained. She has tested positive for FIV & is negative for FelV. Cats with FIV can live long and happy lives. FIV cannot be passed to humans or other animals, and can only be transmitted to other cats through a deep bite, so please don't let that deter you from adopting this sweet girl. eDOB 11/21/2023

Animals in Distress is a 501(c)(3), all volunteer, non-profit organization that has serviced the Mercer County area for more than 50 years. Established in 1969, we are one of the oldest rescue groups in the area. Our primary focus has been the rescue of abandoned, abused and neglected cats and kittens.
