Mars came into my care when her previous owner entered the military and could no longer keep her. She has lived in a home environment and is familiar with basic routines.
She is a calm, shy, low-energy dog who does best with patience and a gentle approach. Mars can be reserved at first but becomes more comfortable once she feels safe. She enjoys being near her people and is not overly hyper, making her a good fit for a quieter household.
Mars would thrive in a stable home with consistency and companionship. She does especially well in homes where someone is around most of the day and would be a great fit for a stay-at-home parent, remote worker, or a family with children who can provide regular interaction and structure.
She has been seen by a veterinarian and has a lump on her back that was evaluated and is not considered urgent or concerning at this time. Vaccines may need to be updated.
Mars will come with her crate, leash, harness, toys, bowls, treats, and accessories.
