Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Mabel! 🐾💛
Mabel is a young, medium-sized mixed breed girl who came to us after being pulled from a local animal control. Her past is uncertain, but it’s clear that life hasn’t always been kind to her. An old hind-end injury, likely left untreated during puppyhood, has given Mabel a unique, slightly funky gait, but don’t let that fool you one bit. It doesn’t slow her down at all, and she keeps up just fine with everything life throws her way.
Mabel can be shy when you first meet her, and honestly, who could blame her? With a little patience, gentle reassurance, and kindness, she begins to open up and show her sweet, loving personality. Once she feels safe, she’s affectionate, curious, and eager to connect.
And yes, she’s super adorable, inside and out. Mabel is simply looking for a safe place to land, a family who will love her as she is, and the chance to finally learn what stability feels like. With the right home, she’s sure to blossom into a devoted and joyful companion. 🏡🐶💛
