My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cupcake ~ If her bright, friendly personality does not make you instantly fall in love with her then her beautiful markings and deep golden eyes surely will. She often seeks attention from staff and volunteers and totally loves being picked up and spending time snuggling in their laps. She enjoys playing with the other kittens and especially likes toys that have moving parts. When it is time for a rest she enjoys lounging on the screened area where she can watch everything going on both outside and inside her house and be ready to join in the fun when nap time is over.

Why not complete an application today to make an appointment to meet this adorable kitten? See for yourself how gentle, loving, and happy Cupcake is!

More about this rescue

The Animal Refuge Center (ARC) of Fort Myers is a not for profit animal welfare society dedicated to stopping the escalating cost to impound, care for, kill and dispose of dogs and cats dying for no reason other than having been born. ARC is helping to cut the large numbers of homeless animals which eventually cuts the costs to taxpayers, which to date has reached over half a million dollars a year.

ARC is a non-euthanasia organization. Once we accept an animal for adoption, IT WILL NOT BE DESTROYED TO MAKE ROOM FOR ANOTHER. We are here to help the unwanted and neglected animals who now face certain death.
