Louie is the sweetest boy once he learns to trust you. He came from a family that was not caring for him properly and he spent most of his time in a crate. Louie is your typical Chow. He does things on his own time. It took him about a week for him to trust his foster mom, and now he is snuggly and happy however, he does not trust men and we are working on that. Louie needs to have a home where there is a secure fenced in yard. He has lived with other dogs and would just need to be introduced properly.
