Bunny is a young Australian Kelpie mix who came to us through an owner surrender. She has a moderate energy level and a bright, joyful personality that makes her a delight to be around. Bunny does well with dogs, cats, and kids, making her a wonderful candidate for a variety of homes.
She is extremely friendly and very playful, with a special love for following her people around wherever they go. Bunny truly enjoys meeting new people and is confident and happy greeting others—she’s not one to hang back once she knows you’re a friend. Her curious, affectionate nature makes her an engaging companion who loves being part of the action.
Bunny does have special medical needs that will require an adopter willing to provide ongoing care. She has a congenital pericardial hernia and requires a special diet to support her health. With proper management and a committed home, Bunny can continue to thrive and enjoy a full, happy life.

Wags and Whiskers Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all-breed, animal rescue organization incorporated in August 2015. We are a primarily volunteer-driven group with years of experience with animals and rescue. Our mission is to rescue, foster, rehabilitate, and rehome abandoned, abused, and unwanted animals.
