Black kitties are pretty awesome; who would not want a pair? Grackle and her brother Starling were the lucky ones in their litter. They were collected and brought into foster at about four-and-a half-weeks of age after random folks passing by grabbed a couple of their littermates. Nobody knew what happened to their cat mother, so these two babies were forced to learn to feed themselves at any early age and were a bit malnourished on intake. They are in great shape now and have grown into healthy slender kittens with long legs. They remind their foster mom of a couple of young thoroughbred horses as they bounce around together. They love to play kitten games and almost always sleep snuggled together. The kittens can be distinguished from each other (aside from examining their back ends) because Starling is a bit larger than his sister and has quite a few white hairs scattered over his lower abdomen; Grackle has only a very few. Grackle and Starling are quite attached to each other and would be happiest adopted together. If you'd like to meet Grackle and Starling or think these cats would be a good match for your family, please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.trentoncats.org/adoption-questionnaire/ and let your references know someone will be contacting them soon. All our cats are neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed and flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped prior to adoption. Thanks for opting to adopt!
