If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
I adopted him 1 year ago... I own 2 cats and another dog but I would recommend having him as an only pet.
He is on the higher energy side. He is mostly treat motivated for training.
He loves to play (Me, my cat and other dog).
He likes to play on the rougher side.
The doggy daycare people like him.
He loves puzzle games.
He is cuddly and very confident.
He gets jealous when you give other animals attention and will insert himself.
Walk him away from cars.
He hates cars driving near him on walks and will try and bite the leash, he got me a couple times, no blood.
He is food aggressive with other animals.
The reason I am putting him up for adoption is:
He bit our other dog in the ear and made her bleed.
Our other dog is old(14) and nippy with him. Usually he just dodges her...
We think him biting back was motivated around food as it was in the kitchen after I cooked some pork.
