Dennis is a young pretty boy with a slim, athletic build and a big heart. He’s been in foster care with kids, loves to run, play, and wrestle with other dogs, and would make the perfect companion for an active human.
He’s playful, loyal, and has all the energy of a mini shepherd who dreams of being someone’s ride-or-die jogging partner.
Cats? He’s okay with them... though fair warning: his energy might earn him a couple of slaps.

Shelter staff informs:
While we can't guarantee that this dog is 100% house trained, it is a very clean dog that spends days in a big outdoor run and nights in sleeping quarters. We also find no bedtime accidents in the morning. Dennis has not shown aggression toward any humans, of any age, at the shelter. As with any dog, we always recommend careful supervision and slow responsible introductions and interactions when children are involved.

The first step in our adoption process is to email us for an application, fill it out and email it back. Once we process your application you will be contacted on if it was approved and we will make an appointment for you to meet the animal(s) you are interested in. IF the meeting goes well there is an adoption fee, contract and home visit. ALL pets are altered before adoption is complete.
