- I`m a sweet lady who loves every human I meet!

- Walking and hiking are some of my favorite activities, so someone who would like to spend time with me outdoors would be perfect!
- Sometimes I get a little carsick, so long road trips might not be for me
- I lived with another male dog successfully, but was not a fan of him attempting to jump on top of me
- I have lived successfully with cats and kids 5yrs. and older
- Lots of pets and affection are great for me, I love it when my humans tell me how pretty I am and how much I`m loved!

Submit Application

Either submit an application in advance of visiting or upon your visit. Staff will approve your application as quickly as possible.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Meet with pets that are a potential to be your new family member. (This can be done prior to your application being approved.)

Sign Adoption Contract

Once you have found the right match staff will go over all the information you may need to help make the adoption successful.

BHS Adoption Hours:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Closed to the public at Noon on the last Wednesday of every month.
