Perla was found and was being TNR'd. It was discovered how very sweet she is and the decision was made to find her a home.
Perla is a love and loves to get love and give love. She is fine around other cats and children. She is a gentle girl.
She has not been around dogs in rescue, but her demeanor is such that with a proper introduction and cat friendly dog would probably be okay.
