My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

TRUFFLES, F/S, DSH, BLACK
BORN-MAY/14/2025

Meet Truffles, an enchanting 6-month-old Bombay kitten with a sleek, all-black coat and mesmerizing eyes that seem to look straight into your soul. With long, delicate eyelashes and an aura of peace, she radiates a quiet yet powerful presence.
Truffles is the perfect companion for someone seeking a gentle, affectionate friend. Though she’s more on the reserved side, she loves nothing more than being showered with love — whether it’s a soft pet, a relaxing brush, or simply sitting quietly beside you, sharing space in serene companionship. Her calm nature and loving spirit make her an ideal match for a home that values comfort and tranquility.
Because she shares a close bond with her family, Truffles will need to go home with one of her sisters. Together, they’ll bring even more warmth, security, and quiet joy into their new home.
Truffles isn’t just a kitten; she’s a tranquil heart ready to offer calm, companionship, and gentle love — especially when shared alongside a sister by her side.

More about this rescue

Our main purpose is to save the lives of cats in danger of death, starvation and disease and to educate the public about cats in their homes and neighbourhoods. Some of our rescues are hand-picked from overcrowded local shelters. Others have been rescued from known “dump” sites. Still others may be trapped from lives outside by kind volunteers or families or may be surrendered by families who can no longer care for them for various reasons.
