My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am Rowan and I am looking for my furever family. Me, I am a little terrier girl with impressive markings. People tell me I am beautiful. But even better, I am a mellow girl who is pretty happy to go with the flow as long as we can be together.

I am great with meeting new people and new dogs. I am respectful of others as long as they don't push me too quickly. Give me a second to sniff things out and we are good to go.
I am great with food. I eat well and am not mean when you remove food, treats, or toys from me. I LOVE to play and can go and go and go. But once I get my play on I am also great with sleep. I sleep through the night without being noisy. I am great with crate/enclosure training and can entertain myself if you need to be away. I am working on potty training. I am just starting on this with potty pad training as I need one more shot before I can really spend a bunch of time outdoors. But, I am also a very smart girl and learn pretty quickly. So I should pick up potty training very quickly too.

Every pet adopted through our careful matching service benefits from preliminary vaccinations and health care,
the relocation security of microchip identification. The adoption fee is $225-$600 for puppies and adult dog.

Thank you for your interest in saving the lives of these beautiful pets through our foster and adoption program.

To all the people that have called and emailed in hopes of meeting a puppy before our event, we hope you can understand, we cannot meet between events. We truly appreciate you wanting to help by adoption but ask that you make our events. We are a foster based rescue, and all of us have full-time jobs. We simply can't arrange one on one meetings with all of our foster families, our puppies and all the people that want to meet them.

Please do not call the locations of our adoption events as they do not have any information on our available dogs and puppies. We match the family energy level and lifestyle to the puppy's energy level. We do have the right of refusal. Please check out our website at www.rmpuppyrescue.org to download our Pre-adoption form and Requirements form, print, fill out and bring in hand to the event. You can also submit your application online at our website.

Here are some other things we require:

- If you rent, YOU MUST BRING A COPY OF YOUR RENTERS/MORTGAGE AGREEMENT TO THE EVENT. We do this to confirm you own your house or if you rent you are allowed to have a pet in your home. NO EXCEPTIONS.We would like to see if there is a weight or breed restriction. No rescues will be adopted to those persons who do not bring a lease or agreement to the event.

- You must show a valid drivers license, and You must be 19 years or older.

-You MAY NOT bring your dog to our event. This is due to the fact that our puppies have immature immune systems.

-Any animals you own MUST be Spayed or Neutered. NO exceptions.

- RMPR adoption fees are $225-600 this includes your microchip, starter puppy food and of course lots of puppy love!

RMPR Does not take checks. We accept, cash, Visa, MC, and Discover. NO AMEX (sorry)
