With being a bigger cat, he misses the litter box sometimes. We keep disposable pads around the box. Otherwise, we've had no issues with him ALWAYS doing his business in the box. He doesn't spray. He tolerated our other cat but they didn't play together. He's not fond of my little dog he walks the other direction when the dog enters the room.
