My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ripley!
This handsome long-hair Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix is as gentle and sweet as they come. Ripley is about 2 years old and weighs just 9 pounds, making him the perfect little companion. He has a calm, quiet nature and a super loving personality. Ripley gets along wonderfully with all people and does great with other dogs, too! He’s an easy, affectionate boy who just wants a soft place to land and a family to love him forever.

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
