Toby is a fun loving energetic dog! He is very shy at first but once he gets to know you he is all open paws! I love toby with all my heart but Toby has some itching problems where I have to go to the doctor to help with his allergies. I been trying so hard to keep going and see if I can help him more but unfortunately I can’t afford that much of his vet bills to cover his whole allergies. I want to Toby to go to someone who is willing and would love him whole heartedly like me and help him with his allergies. Also he doesn’t like baths lol but he will still let you shower him. Toby also is a great company for the outdoors! He loves playing outside and being outside! He is a great campaign if you want some company especially if you feel lonely. He will sit next to you while you read, do homework or doing chores around the house. I’m hoping he finds a great home!
