Meet Princess - A Brave Girl Ready for Her Second Chance Princess is an approximately 2-year-old Cane Corso/American Bulldog mix weighing around 56 pounds who is ready for a fresh start. She was surrendered when her previous family could no longer afford her care, but she is now safe and on the path to a much brighter future. When Princess arrived, she was underweight and had open wounds. With treatment and dedicated care, her wounds have healed, and she continues working toward a healthy weight. Through it all, she has remained gentle and sweet. Princess does well with other dogs, cats, and children. She is still learning household routines and is not yet housebroken or crate trained, but with patience and consistency, she has great potential to thrive in a loving home. Her adoption fee is $125. Princess is spayed, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and heartworm positive, with treatment fully sponsored by Rockwall PAWS. Staff are happy to answer any questions about her care. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
