Interview
This helps Feline Matchmakers - NC with pet care costs.
Poor Annie went from poor to rich to poor again. She was found as a little kitten and taken in by an older lady. She took good care of Annie, but Annie fast became an active and playful girl. The lady got bit and realized she was in no position to have a playful kitten, so surrendered it to the shelter. Unfortuatley, she also put on her forms that she had been bit, so Annie was put on a bite quarantine and would never make it to the adoption floor because of it. Feline Matchmakers was alerted that the quarantine was over and Annie had an upcoming appointment with a final needle jab, so we rushed over to save her. One of our amazing fosters, who already has her hands full, gladly stepped up after hearing Annie's story, to foster her. Annie is healthy, happy and a perfectly normal kitten. Our aim is to find her a home that can handle her energy and understand her needs to thrive. Annie will get the RIGHT home this time- her forever home.
All Feline Matchmakers cats get age appropriate vaccinations, fixed, tested and microchipped prior to adoption. Please fill in our application via this link: http://www.felinematchmakers.org
We only adopt kittens and young cats out within a one hour radius of Wilmington, NC to those over 21 years old. Occasionally we make exceptions for adult cats, but we are not a transport company. Kittens will only be adopted in pairs if there are no other family cats in the home.
